Henry Ford Hospital is seeking a Student Intern in Finance to provide support to the Finance and Operational team. The role involves assisting with reports, analytical support, and participation in the month-end financial close process.

Responsibilities

Assists Finance team with the completion and submission of reports and projects
Provides analytical support for pro forma analyses, capital budgeting, and operational benchmarking
Supports the month-end financial close process
Provides variance analysis of month-end financial results
Attends meetings as necessary
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

GEDComputer software applicationsCustomer service skills

Required

Requires High school diploma or GED
Requires the ability to use a variety of computer software applications
Requires strong communication skills to positively and effectively interface with all levels and types of internal and external customers
Requires strong customer services values and skills
Must be self-directed, flexible and committed to teamwork

Preferred

Completion of at least two years of college preferred
