Marketing Manager, Product Data - REQ # 1205
Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is a leading provider of heat pumps and VRF HVAC systems. They are seeking a Marketing Manager, Product Data to manage business development activities in the HVACR Product Information Management database, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary leader for our product APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between our systems and external partners
Project management of technical documentation process that collects data, images, features, specification notes and application notes for critical submittal templates for installation and contractor use
Manage automation templates for product literature and submittal documentation
Conduct thorough reviews of customer-facing literature, applying critical analysis to ensure data accuracy and clarity
Manage execution process of product relationships and customer exports out of the PIM database
Ensure the accuracy of information and digital assets on customer facing portals and websites
Lead tracking of product launch status and other project timelines using company project management platform
Manage and execute the upload of documentation to essential platforms, including the company literature repository and website, while adapting to evolving requirements
Manage vendor support tickets related to PIM
Act as the product owner for product data, developing and maintaining the roadmap for improvements in data capabilities
Develop and implement innovative strategies for API monetization, utilizing an entrepreneurial approach to maximize potential revenue streams
Provide guidance on key growth initiatives
Enhance our expanding capabilities in product data by advancing analysis techniques and integrating with other company systems
Clearly communicate critical gaps that could impact project success to maintain the integrity of our initiatives
Participate in our new product introduction process to track deliverables as we launch new products in the HVACR industry
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in data management, preferably in the HVAC industry
Technical aptitude and experience with relational databases in a multi-distribution channel company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
