Responsibilities
Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on market penetration
Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with technology and GenAI companies
Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new technologies and solutions into our existing platforms
Conduct market research to identify new prospecting opportunities
Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to ongoing relationship management
Work closely with product and engineering teams to align partnership strategies with company goals
Prepare and present business cases and partnership proposals to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years Business Development Experience
Proven experience in technology, data and AI business development partnerships
Strong understanding of Gen AI technologies, and their applications in professional services
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Brings an established network of potential prospects, and has the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executives
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate partnership opportunities
Experience in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred
MBA preferred
Experience in the professional services or expert marketplace industry
Familiarity with Lean startup and agile development methodologies
