Data Management and Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities
Review and Improve Existing Sales and Finance Reporting and Data Management : Evaluate existing sales and financial data warehouses with the goal of improving efficiency, expanding user access and obtaining increased data flexibility allowing for easy drill downs, simulations and ad hoc reporting while maintaining data security and integrity. Design and construct data warehouses. Design, implement, and manage extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes
Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with sales, marketing, accounting, and management teams to understand and analyze the requirements. Expand their ability and access and make impactful decisions, identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Participate in all sales meetings to identify report enhancements that support the development of sales strategies and goals, while assisting in immediate information requirements
Generate Reports : Prepare and generate sales reports, providing detailed and required information while highlighting key performance indicators and trends. Create and manage one set of daily and monthly reports that are distributed within the organization. Create information in proper formatting and integrate directly to Quick Books
Maintain Database, Integrations and Reports : Perform daily integrations between systems as required. Regularly review data and reports to identify and resolve error, ensuring accuracy. Explore and build integrations of data between and into company databases
Provide Recommendations : Offer data-driven recommendations to improve sales and marketing efforts. Evaluate available public information to add additional metrics to reports, enabling targeted performance evaluation and providing focused sales direction
Report Performance : Prepare monthly sales performance and commissions against goals for distribution to individual Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists
Ad-Hoc Analysis : Conduct ad-hoc sales and financial analysis as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial or business analyst utilizing both programming and data analysis programs
Demonstrated expertise in financial concepts, data visualization tools, SQL programming, business intelligence tools (EIS/KRI), complimented by advanced proficiency in Excel (visual graphics, power pivot, VBA and macro programming)
Exhibits outstanding critical thinking abilities for creating data-driven reports
Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
Adept at time management and project prioritization to consistently meet deadlines
Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills
