Responsibilities
Finalize and adapt to production original designs & ideas for various marketing media such as product packaging, visuals for e-commerce platforms, website elements and social networks, while respecting pre-established guidelines and strategies
Communicate design concepts clearly for approval
Work closely with development teams to understand project needs and objectives
Effectively manage deadlines and priorities, while maintaining a high level of excellence in the quality of work
Be able to adapt to new technologies, trends and developments in the field of graphic design
Qualification
Required
DEC in graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat, Adobe XD), Microsoft Office
Creativity and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt to change
Possess a good understanding of the creative process and the ability to transform guidelines into compelling visual elements that resonate with the target audience
Have a strong interest in marketing, graphic design, toys and video games, and understand emerging trends
Time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Team spirit, high energy, excellent work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Willingness and ability to develop, learn and grow
Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves
Preferred
1 year experience in a similar position an asset
