Responsibilities
Analyze and visualize data on EV charging usage, uptime, market trends, and industry developments
Monitor network trends to predict challenges and growth opportunities
Create reports on performance, market analysis, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights
Streamline data sources and optimize query efficiency
Support internal teams, partners, and regulatory bodies in business development and policy initiatives
Develop KPIs with executives to measure commercial success and business impact
Provide data-driven suggestions to improve networks and align with business goals
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power Query, Python (desirable, not essential)
Expertise in data visualization and analysis software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise and actionable manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments
Initiative-taking and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, or the EV/renewable energy sector (experience in EV charging or related technologies is sought after, but not essential)
Preferred
Knowledge of GIS tools and spatial analysis for site selection
Experience with EV charging station operations, energy management, or infrastructure planning
Understanding of regulatory frameworks and policy landscape around EV adoption and infrastructure in USA
Familiarity with Relational Database Management Systems and datasets with hierarchical structures
Strong understanding of the EV charging market, technologies, and industry players
