As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering transformative digital solutions by supporting teams across Solution Architecture, Delivery/Project Management, Program Direction, and Product Management.

Responsibilities
Partners with clients to define strategies aligned with customer business goals and market demands
Conducts assessments, market research, and competitive analysis to inform strategy development and stay current on digital trends, emerging technologies and best practices
Leads the development of business cases, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate value and feasibility
Serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on trends, technologies, and best practices
Collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and measure project success
Supports Delivery/Project Management team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Develops and presents comprehensive recommendations and strategies to clients
Communicates complex concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Uses data visualization skills, charts, and other data models to bring analysis to life
Works independently and collaboratively with a project team or partner across the enterprise to bring the best to our clients
Performs analyses to define, confirm or quantify a client business problem
Supports implementation of designed solutions to achieve project-defined business impacts
Supports proposal development, including technical solutioning, project planning, and cost estimation
Assist Product Management team in defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs and aligning solutions with business objectives
Collaborate with Digital Program Director team to support account growth and oversight, helping to ensure alignment between client objectives, delivery teams and business priorities while contributing to strategic account planning and relationship management
Take ownership of a focus area during latter part of the program, driving initiatives and contributing to digital strategy
Engage with mentors and leadership for career development and progression
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 5-7 year progressive experience in a related field required
Experience ideally within technology or digital transformation projects
Expertise in developing and implementing strategies that drive business outcomes
Knowledge of required technologies, platforms, and architectures. Exposure to or experiences in solutions architecture, product management, or project management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively
Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business and technical challenges
Preferred
Master's Degree Preferred
Experience or certifications in Agile, PMP, SAFe or Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
