Technology Alliance Manager

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships that deliver the most value to the ecosystem
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations and internally, delivering content that meets both Global and Geography specific needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint business plans and strategies to maximize the value of partnerships
Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, ensuring that objectives are met and identifying areas for improvement
Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that benefit both parties
Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing any issues that arise
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in alliance management, business development, or partnership roles
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively across teams
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
Experience in project management and familiarity with CRM tools
Strong understanding of business development and partnership dynamics
Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce
