Responsibilities
Support operations and conduct data analytics projects to provide information and insights to stakeholders for decision-making or solution development
Implement data standards and deploy automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources and transform data into usable metrics
Construct data sets, monitor data quality, troubleshoot and resolve database issues to ensure data integrity
Utilize scripting and querying tools like Python, R or SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in business, a quantitative field, or equivalent field of study
4+ years of experience working on business or data analytics projects
Deep understanding of statistical concepts and methods, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, and forecasting. Ability to apply these techniques to solve business problems
Experience in creating clear, compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to prepare data for analysis
