Responsibilities
Coordinating multiple projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them
Facilitating communication among a project's cross-functional team
Organizing projects and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
Creating and managing long-term goals
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved with minimal deviations
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions
Analyzing program risks
Working on strategy with the marketing team
Producing accurate and timely reporting of multiple projects’ status throughout their life cycle
Hire and manage project managers as the Defense and Government Solutions division grows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field
Proven experience in program management
Understanding of project management
Proven management skills
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Defense and/or Federal Government experience is desired
