Responsibilities

Lead the seamless execution of sales activities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences from initial engagement through delivery
Spearheaded the onboarding of new customers, streamlining the journey to establish successful partnerships quickly and effectively
Drive the launch of new products by orchestrating key milestones, approvals, and team collaboration to bring innovative ideas to market
Champion sales strategies, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and empowering the team to achieve and exceed targets
Identify and pursue commercial opportunities to expand market share, enhance customer retention, and maximize revenue generation
Uphold high standards by ensuring all customer and product-related activities are executed precisely, clearly, and aligned with company values
Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and R&D teams to align efforts, solve challenges, and deliver on customer and market needs

Required

A Bachelor's degree is required
5–7 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, business development, sales, or industrial channel management, with a demonstrated track record of driving business growth and managing complex workflows
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
Skilled in using data and analytics to drive decisions, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client meetings, team collaboration, and business development opportunities

Preferred

An advanced degree is a plus
Familiarity with the dairy industry is highly desirable
