The Director of Finance and Performance Management will support and drive enterprise strategic initiatives with a focus on financial and qualitative results, partnering with key leaders to execute a portfolio of initiatives.

Responsibilities

Performance manage cross-functional teams to drive business strategy and issue resolution from ideation through implementation/execution

Monitor realization of benefits, including tracking financial and qualitative results

Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting summaries prepared for Senior Management on initiative performance and status

Review return on investment (ROI) calculations and evaluate proposed benefit realization, including assessing confidence in value, timeline after accounting from level of risk

Review and approve key performance indicator and financial benefit realization tracking methodology

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience

Minimum 5+ years of performance management or financial/analytics experience in a leadership role

Strong financial and analytical background

At least 3 years of management experience

If not located in St. Louis, monthly travel to Corporate Headquarters for team meetings would be required (2-3 days at a time)
