Business Development Manager (fixed term)
Johnson Matthey is an international speciality chemicals company, founded almost 200 years ago in London. As a Business Development Manager, you will contribute to JM’s mission of sustainable technology by developing strategies, building partnerships, and managing sales opportunities globally.

Responsibilities
Developing and implementing the Sustainable Fuels and Chemicals strategy and stakeholder engagement plans
Developing global partnerships and customer relationships
Growing and delivering on a pipeline of sales opportunities globally
Handling complex license, sales, and collaboration agreements
Managing relationships and working with multidisciplinary teams across Catalyst Technologies and Business Development
Collaborating with R&D, Engineering, and IP teams to establish a technology development and IP strategy
Qualification
Required
Robust background in chemistry, materials science, or engineering
Experience in technical sales
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Willingness to travel extensively and engage with individuals from diverse cultures
Motivation driven by the process rather than the sale itself, with a passion for sustainability
