Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret large datasets using SQL to generate insights that drive strategic decisions
Develop Excel-based financial models and forecasting tools to support planning and business performance tracking
Support leadership in setting KPIs, goals, and strategic priorities based on data insights
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
Work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to evaluate business initiatives
Quickly learn AirDNA’s internal tools, systems, and tech stack to become a highly effective cross-functional partner
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment and expansion strategies
Create dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and trends
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a data-driven, analytical role (e.g., strategy, consulting, business intelligence, finance)
Proficiency in SQL (writing queries, extracting data, joining tables)
Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Passion for fast-moving environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders
A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
