Interoperability Strategy Analyst

The Interoperability Strategy Analyst will play a crucial role in acquiring electronic health data by contacting healthcare providers, identifying decision makers, and conducting business development meetings.

Responsibilities

Prioritize outreach calls appropriately based on volume and impact
Generate new business leads and identify key decision-makers within a healthcare organization
Build and maintain relationships with senior-level healthcare executives
Conduct compelling presentations with the ability to clearly articulate the value of Cotiviti’s digital data acquisition workflow
Manage front-end of onboarding, including contracting, security requirements, and warm handoff to implementation team
Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan. Required
Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned. Required
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Required

Qualification

Healthcare sales experienceBusiness development experienceElectronic Medical Records (EMR)Healthcare providersPayorsRelationship building

Required

5+ years of healthcare sales or business development experience (i.e.: EMR systems, healthcare services, etc.)
Highly motivated and self-directed
Experience working with/knowledge of healthcare providers and payors
Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders (i.e.: CIOs, VPs, etc.)
Willingness to travel on occasion (>15%)

Preferred

Strong understanding of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Systems and interoperability
Strong understanding of healthcare organizations and their hierarchy, particularly Health Information Management, Information Technology, and Compliance
