Responsibilities
Manage FP&A responsibility for the DEIM/DES division
Developing and driving financial forecasts
Analyzing company results
Evaluating risks for all areas of the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows
Managing a small team of business finance professional staff to ensure financial compliance, cost management, budget development and proposal support activities
Leading cost reduction initiatives
Continued development of the planning systems and processes
Presenting key business insights and recommendations to the senior leadership
