Responsibilities

Drive technical excellence in the design, development, and optimization of our core products

Lead the development and enhancement of products, taking hands-on charge of the full software development life cycle

Stay on the cutting edge of AI and technologies and find innovative ways to implement them in our products

Ensure high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code is delivered, upholding best practices in software engineering

Provide guidance to the software engineering team, mentor junior engineers, and share your expertise

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to bring new features from concept to launch

Solve complex technical challenges to provide the best user experience

Continuously enhance and optimize products based on user feedback and data

Stay updated on technology trends and best practices, taking the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity

Required

Proven experience, minimum of 6 years, in software development with a focus on mobile AI and AR technologies in a fast-growing company, preferably Venture Backed Series A

Strong knowledge of most if not all of our core technologies

Expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and AI algorithms

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze and optimize performance

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within cross-functional teams

Passion for delivering AI products that exceed customer expectations, focusing on quality and speed

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, efficiently prioritizing and managing tasks and projects

An empathetic, collaborative, and adaptable leader fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation

Global mindset with an understanding of international markets and industry trends

Commitment to diversity, ethical practices, and responsible growth
