Responsibilities
Become the Onvio software specialist for the firm
Create and monitor projects and tasks
Send and monitor client document requests and reminders
Engagement letters
Prepare, send, and monitor return
Income Tax Related
Prepare, send, and monitor client organizers and engagement letters
Gather and monitor various data generated by the firm
Provide suggestions for process improvement
Lead the development of various firm documents
Employee guidebook
Employee onboarding processes
Processes used by staff accountants
Others as assigned
Assist with PowerPoint presentations
Social media scheduling in conjunction with partner/owner
Discuss developments and concerns with supervisor

Required
Associate’s degree in communications or a related field
Ability to learn and become efficient in specialty software used by the firm
Work independently as directed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled in writing and developing written processes
5+ years as an administrative assistant
