Responsibilities

Assist the Compensation team with compensation design, analysis and the implementation of new or revised compensation programs globally

Support the year-end annual compensation process including bonus pool analysis, benchmarking, assisting to ensure systems are updated and prepared for manager inputs, compensation statements for employees and enhancements of related year-end processes

Perform complex compensation analyses for presentation to firmwide Senior Leaders

Assist with preparation of the AGM Compensation Discussion & Analysis

Model ISS quantitative and qualitative analyses

Monitor labor market trends and continuously evaluate market competitiveness of compensation structures

Improve current state of function through automation where possible and enhances coordination with key stakeholders

Partner closely with business leaders and Human Capital Business Partners to support business strategies including complex analytics
