Founding GTM (US)
Genspark is a rapidly growing business focusing on AI agent products, and they are seeking a Founding GTM to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities with enterprise customers. The role involves developing sales strategies, engaging with customers, and conducting market research to position the company's AI solutions effectively.

Responsibilities
Work with our GTM team to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target prospective enterprise customers in key industries
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle and driving them to closure
Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to effectively manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise client organizations, including C-level executives, business leaders, and technical decision-makers
Understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives, and position our Genspark AI Agents as transformative tools to address their business goals
Conduct consultative sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our AI products and drive customer engagement
Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to develop contract proposals and solutions that align with customer requirements and priorities
Work with the GTM leader on deal negotiations and contract discussions with prospective customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that maximize revenue and value for both parties
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings in the AI and LLM space
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic positioning in the marketplace
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on technology solutions and enterprise software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals
Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota
Preferred
Understanding of AI and/or big data technologies
Previous experience in a startup environment or early-stage company
