Responsibilities
Drive market growth and lead sales and strategic partnership efforts with full accountability to deliver revenue
Expand Smartly.io's footprint within strategic enterprise agencies in North America, establishing MSAs with key priority Agencies
Build and manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at your Agencies
Establish regional sales and operational processes to build efficiency and manage costs
Build Smartly.io’s presence and improve brand awareness in North America: work closely with our marketing team to build thought leadership, engage in community building and facilitate PR and media relations
Drive recruitment for high caliber A-team members, lead a high-performing team and develop both junior and senior sales executives to reach new revenue heights
Embody the Smartly.io values and play a lead role to ensure the culture engages employees, resonates locally and is consistent globally
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in building and managing an enterprise sales team, preferably with a Marketing, Media and / or Ad Tech background
Understanding how both agencies and the platforms work
Ability to drive market growth and lead sales and strategic partnership efforts with full accountability to deliver revenue
Experience in expanding Smartly.io's footprint within strategic enterprise agencies in North America, establishing MSAs with key priority Agencies
Ability to build and manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at Agencies
Experience in establishing regional sales and operational processes to build efficiency and manage costs
Ability to build Smartly.io's presence and improve brand awareness in North America
Experience in driving recruitment for high caliber A-team members and leading a high-performing team
Ability to embody Smartly.io values and ensure the culture engages employees
Comfortable communicating with customers and partners, particularly in the C-suite
Ability to explain complex concepts in terms of value and successfully attract new business
Highly analytical and inquisitive
Ability to think globally, act regionally and locally, and thrive in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment
Willingness to travel and collaborate with global headquarters and other offices
Looking to expand understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest and more
Love building and scaling businesses, ideally having previously built out the team and operations for a similar high-growth technology company at a larger scale
Lead by example and believe in the power of self-organizing teams
Excited to help the team navigate operational and challenging aspects of developing a new territory, vertical and market
