Administrative Specialist
SHEIN is a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer, and they are seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist for their Washington DC-based corporate office. The Specialist will support daily office needs, enhance the in-office experience for employees, and assist Government Relations in advancing the company's business interests.

Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between SHEIN DC Office and SHEIN Los Angeles HQ
Assist with internal processes such as office operations and employee onboarding
Oversee logistics for DC office team, including meeting coordination for company leadership and high-profile guests
Serve as lead person in office purchasing, office contracts, building operations, and all vendors, including invoice processing
Track expenses and prepare reports
Maintain office systems to ensure compliance, finance, and internal processes are met
Provide support to executives, including the Executive Chairman, and their assistants leading up to and during visits to Washington DC office
Facilitate IT needs with appropriate systems and security teams. Handle and/or oversee minor technical troubleshooting around office equipment
Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings and events
Organize media clips and assist Directors with ensuring all relevant data is up-to-date in the stakeholder management system
Place weekly office snacks, drinks, and supply orders, as well as restock kitchen and copy room areas. Oversee office catering
Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain awareness of the workspace. Submits janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed and/or connect with appropriate partners to address issues
Follow security and emergency procedures as defined for the property
Qualification
Required
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
Good at prioritizing and multi-tasking
Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter
Comfort working with people at all levels of the organization
Excellent attention to detail, great organizational skills, and solid judgement capabilities
Exceptional attitude and customer service oriented with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and vendors
Apply a high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills
Polished, professional and positive demeanor
Able to occasionally lift up to 20lbs
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products
