Responsibilities
Build and own the GTM playbook across all channels including PLG, content, community, outbound, partnerships, events, and launches
Define category narrative, positioning, and messaging so AgentMail becomes the default answer
Design and run growth experiments end to end, then scale what compounds
Turn product usage and market signal into repeatable distribution loops
Partner with product and engineering to bake growth into the product
Create repeatable launch motions for features, use cases, and integrations
Set up growth metrics and dashboards that drive decisions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
US citizen/visa only
Ability to build and own the GTM playbook across all channels including PLG, content, community, outbound, partnerships, events, and launches
Ability to define category narrative, positioning, and messaging
Ability to design and run growth experiments end to end
Ability to turn product usage and market signal into repeatable distribution loops
Ability to partner with product and engineering to bake growth into the product
Ability to create repeatable launch motions for features, use cases, and integrations
Ability to set up growth metrics and dashboards that drive decisions
Ability to think in systems and growth loops, not one-off campaigns
Enjoy building playbooks from zero and pressure-testing them
Ability to run GTM across channels with high ownership
Technical enough to build automations and develop a deep understanding of the product
Care about category creation, not just funnel optimization
Desire for real ownership over how a company grows
Preferred
Experience growing developer tools, infrastructure, or API-first products
Familiarity with PLG and sales-assisted growth
Strong intuition for content, community, and distribution
Experience with different GTM systems and softwares
