Talk to customers

Build lead lists and prospect into EPC companies
Run cold email + LinkedIn campaigns
Set up and maintain CRM + pipeline hygiene
Build automations to scale outreach
Run growth experiments (conferences, ads, partnerships)
Improve website messaging based on market feedback
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
Must have skills: love talking to people, B2B outbound experience, built pipelines, managed CRMs
Experience level: GTM at a seed-stage startup
Preferred
experience in the EPC Industry
experience with AI automation
