Responsibilities

Identify and research prospects, and generate leads through targeted outreach
Qualify inbound leads and schedule demos with prospects
Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop effective outreach strategies and messaging
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions, market trends, and competitor insights
Continuously improve outreach processes and strategies to increase conversion rates and pipeline generation

Required

Prior sales development or related experience, ideally in tech or software sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical concepts
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Persistent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Interest in AI technology, cloud infrastructure, and willingness to quickly learn technical concepts and product features

Preferred

Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is a strong plus
