Responsibilities

Invoice Processing: Review and prepare maintenance invoices for accuracy to ensure compliance with company standards

Transaction Reconciliation: Reconcile payments and vendor transactions to maintain accurate financial records

Vendor Support: Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain up-to-date profiles

System Management: Enter and update maintenance data within internal systems to ensure reliability and consistency

Collaboration: Partner with maintenance administrators and other departments to ensure timely processing and smooth operations

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and enhance data accuracy

Accountability: Maintain attention to detail and dependable attendance to support the success of the Equipment Solutions team

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Relevant data entry and administrative experience in maintenance, logistics, or operations

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems

Ability to work onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA

Preferred

Familiarity with maintenance or vendor management systems

Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
