Administrative Specialist Senior

Responsibilities
Approve and deny Overweight/Over-dimensional permits
Learn advanced system features for permit tracking and reporting
Respond to emails while ensuring customer service
Handle phone calls involving unique OW/OD scenarios
Place road restrictions in Restriction Manager with information from district offices
Qualification
Required
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree
Three years of professional, administrative, or business experience
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Preferred
Familiarity with OW/OD systems or other electronic permitting platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in permitting, licensing, or a related administrative role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
