AWS Sales & Account Manager

Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage AWS customers while driving new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing
Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning AWS-based solutions accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of technical solutions
Monitor, forecast, and report on sales performance, quarterly targets, and account health
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Support complex customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Sales or Account Management (cloud or SaaS preferred)
Strong hands-on familiarity with AWS services (significant advantage)
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at executive levels
Experience with Salesforce
Ability to deliver client-focused solutions and manage multiple projects in parallel
Strong negotiation and listening skills
Excellent verbal and written English
Technical aptitude (major advantage)
Strong interpersonal skills – must
BA/BS in Business Administration or related field (advantage)
