Responsibilities
You will input rotation timeframes into web-based and spreadsheets for program timeframes and mandatory paperwork
You will support efforts to enhance internal workflows by executing directed action in regard to streamlining internal processes and automations
You will make changes to NP Individual Development Program (IDP) document or web-based tool as directed
You will conduct research for annual review of courses, to include costs and objective content, and presents suggested changes to Program Manager
You will create and develop processes to enhance internal workflows by executing directed action in regard to streamlining internal processes and automations
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
Must be determined suitable for federal employment
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program
New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check
Generally, current Federal employees applying for STRL jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level

This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band NO-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Monitors/reports program trends; analyzes and presents data, communicates via briefs and presentations, and assists in developing, updating, and implementing SOPs and program documentation
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band NO-01 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Monitors/reports program trends; analyzes data, communicates via briefs and presentations, and under the guidance of the supervisor develops, updates, and implements SOPs and program documentation
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree
