Senior LevelSettl X builds agentic, explainable compliance for stablecoin rails, and they are seeking a Founding GTM Lead to drive their go-to-market strategy. The role involves owning the pipeline, building partner loops, and telling the ROI story while tackling meaningful compliance problems in the Web3 space.

Responsibilities
Own pipeline → pilots → paid across exchanges/PSP/RWA
Tell the ROI story (KYT false positives ↓, faster onboarding, audit-ready trails)
Run a crisp motion (outreach → discovery → pilot → procurement)
Co-create demos (KYT triage auto-close, KYB/UBO + adverse media, FinProm checks)
Build partner loops (TRM/Chainalysis/Elliptic/Notabene; Fireblocks/Copper)
Qualification
Required
Closed enterprise FinTech/Web3 deals into exchanges/PSP/RWA
Hands-on with AML/KYC/KYB/KYT or payments risk tools
Comfortable with API/webhook demos (Postman/JSON)
Working knowledge of MiCA / UK FinProm / VARA / MAS
