Support internal and external communication efforts
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with team members and external stakeholders effectively
Proficient Administrative Assistance and Organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and workflows
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to identify and address operational challenges
Basic knowledge of Finance to assist with budgeting, reporting, or maintaining financial records
Proficiency in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience in nonprofit or service-oriented organizations is a plus
Additional certification or coursework in a related field is advantageous
