Project Sales Business Development Representative (PSBDR)
Perfection Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Sales Business Development Representative (PSBDR) to join their team in Cleveland, TN. The PSBDR will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, developing tailored solutions for customers, estimating project costs, and closing commercial HVAC projects.

Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new project sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC market
Develop customized solutions that meet customer needs and project requirements
Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners
Drive the growth of the project sales pipeline in the Chattanooga and surrounding areas
Support early revenue growth initiatives through proactive business development efforts
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project sales and business development, preferably within the commercial HVAC industry
Strong ability to identify project opportunities and develop effective solutions
Experience in estimating and closing commercial HVAC projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and grow the business
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred
Familiarity with the Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN commercial markets is a plus
